Independence Forge Association (IFA), located in Foxboro, MA, along the border of Sharon, MA, is the umbrella association covering Cannon Forge Condominium Association and Summerfield Property Owner’s Association. IFA encompasses over 300 acres of developed and landscaped land, bordered by protected wetlands. Located just 45 minutes south of Boston and 30 minutes north of Providence, IFA is conveniently situated near Rts. 95, 495 and 1.
Independence Forge Association property includes, for the exclusive use of Cannon Forge and Summerfield residents, a clubhouse, with its function rooms, kitchen and exercise room, pool, play area and tennis courts. The function rooms and kitchen are available for private rentals by residents.
The IFA is also responsible for the operation of the sewer transfer systems that link the systems of Cannon Forge, Summerfield and Sharon Woods to the facilities in Mansfield, along with the maintenance of the roadways of Cannon Forge Drive and Independence Drive.
